The campus
We are the BTS NDRC (customer relationship negotiation and digitalisation) class. Currently at the Saint-Félix la Salle campus in Nantes. We are training in customer relations, commercial negotiation and digital technology.
Skills
During the course, we have developed essential skills such as communication, customer relationship management, prospecting, sales and the use of digital tools.
